((xo'a)) XOhA Loglan toggle: Toggles text to TLI Loglan; marks following text as TLI Loglan; Lojban equivalent of experimental Loglan "hoa" (which toggles text to Lojban)

• We use xo'a, and Loglan, were it really around, would be using hoa.
• The o and a are the vowels of Loglan and Lojban.
