If you're speaking out loud, saying "(thing that means implication) bu"
won't tell you what the symbol for implication is. It will tell you how
to pronounce the symbol for implication, which I've already stated is a
useless endeavor.

If you're writing, then obviously instead of using some complicated
phrase to describe the symbol, you should draw the symbol.

And, if you're in a context where you can't draw the symbol at all:
(1) What will you gain from describing the symbol?
(2) Wouldn't you be better off describing how it's drawn, instead of its
lerfu name?
