In one part of the proposal, "really are" is all
that separates {lo} from {le}, in another this is
not the case, though not to the extent it is in
the unfolding of the proposal (after it has been
acdcepted).

How can something be a cow and not really be a
cow. The new expplanation of the proposal is
that it is five things that are related to cows,
not necessarily cows at all, let alone really
ones.
But partt of the proposal does als say that they
are really cows.
