They are all completely made up. I tried to find live usage at
first, but as I almost never was able, I gave up.
I could probably find live usage for some of pi'o and zu'e, but I
think that's about it.

Lately I've been trying to do only the former. I'm a major
proponent of the pauses-instead-of-no-la rule.
