Are you saying that {bai} is not necessarily {fi'o bapli},
{gau} is not necessarily {fi'o gasnu}, {se ri'a} is not
necessarily {fi'o se rinka}, etc.?

I don't really care if it's in CLL or not. At least for me that's definitional.
