{stuzi} is for permanent locations. I would just use {bu'u} here.
If the Lojban is meant to suggest that my bed is my
permanent location, the English does not capture that.

{la}?
In any case, if {tu'i} makes sense here, it should
supposedly be {pe tu'i}, because it's the site of
the underpants, not of the liking, isn't it?

Again, I would use {bu'u}, unless for some reason we are
talking of a permanent reading location.

Why "arrive"? That would be {tolcliva}.
With {klama} it means the bus will be already on its way
at 10 past.

Does that require the painter to be located inside the lines too?

{cintygau} is strange for "to paint" because it doesn't seem
to have a place for the painted object.

Okay. I have removed the example.

Okay. {pe} added.

Removed.

Because at 10 past it passes by where I am.

I think it doesn't.

Do you have another suggestion for "paint" (agentive)? It doesn't appear
in Jbovlaste. Or possibly a wholly new example for {koi}?

Someone near the center of the room raises his hand. "Yes, you near
the center," the woman says, pointing to him.
"I used to drive nitro-burning ground-pounding six-second funny cars.
Is there any chance that I'll be able to shake hands with the devil
while I scream through the gates of Hell?" he asks.
The woman responds, "I'm afraid that, due to the volume of new
immigrants, the devil is unable to personally greet each new arrival."

{cintyci'a} (x1 paints x2 on x3 with brush/autc. x4 and paint x5, or something
like that) for painting pictures or text, and {cintyxragau} (x1 paints x2 in
color x3) for painting the wall or the house.

Do you mean {cintyskagau}?

Yes.

Oh, I see. Then "I expect it to pass by at ten past" would be
clearer, but can {klama} mean that? Does {ti'u} give some time
point within the whole klama event, or the time of the whole
event (seen as a point)?

I have needed "pass by" more than a few time but I never
found anything satisfying for it. It has to be something with {pagre}
probably, though {pagre} itself gives the wrong impression.
perhaps something like {mlagre} for "x1 passes by x2...(plus
a whole lot of other places)"?

Surely the jai is unnecessary?

{de'i le cabdei} should be {ca le cabdei}.
{de'i} tags a date, {li 2005;05;23 cu detri le cabdei}.

For relative dates, someone proposed a convention like
{de'i li ni'u pa} for "yesterday", {de'i li ma'u pa} for "tomorrow",
etc. which would give {de'i li ma'u no} for "today", but not
{de'i le cabdei}.

s/klama/tolcliva

I think {cintypu'i}. {punji} is the closest thing we have
to "x1 applies x2 to x3".

It is if he's having them killed, not killing them himself.
