I'm not sure who coined the word, but it's "bacrynandu" in the International 
Collection of Tonguetwisters. "ba'urnandu" is equally valid and is the 
canonical form (determined by a scoring algorithm which doesn't always match 
people's esthetics - I prefer "tolcliva" and "terpreti" to "tolyli'a" 
and "teryrei").

"nadba'u" (no "y" needed) would be someone who has difficulty uttering. lo 
bacru is an utterer; lo se nandu is an utterance.
