This seems like a good, well-defined proposal, and I'm voting for it again.

I think people are alarmed by the examples of {lo}. You should include more
examples (at the beginning) of more traditional uses of {lo}, to emphasize that
they still work. The examples right now are heavily weighted toward
generalizations.

The examples were mostly chosen to emphasize the things that are
hard or weird with su'o, yes, so as to present a justification for
the proposal. Also, out of context sentences are naturally more
prone to be read as generalizations, and examples by their nature
are hard to put in context. But I will try to add a couple of less
general lo's at the beginning.
