Lojban In General

I would certainly like to host it again. This time I'll have more time
to spare, since I wouldn't be conchair. I'll ask the LLG if they can
offer attendees financial aid, and I'll ask the Penguicon concom if
they can give us a room. The new hotel has far less function space
than the last one.
