New idea: Forget about {-iy-} and use {-'y-} as the
general fuhivla hyphen. That won't interfere with
an eventual no-triple-vowels rule, and it won't
introduce diphthongs where there weren't any.
Also allow {-'y-} to give rafsi to cmavo:

pavyseljirna = pa'yseljirna

pai zei seljirna = pai'yseljirna

iglu zei xabju = iglu'yxa'u

{iy} could be used to give rafsi to cmene, but then
we should not allow it otherwise in cmene.

djan zei zdani = djaniyzda

mu'o mi'e xorxes
