The problem is the part that says that BU works for everything except for "BU
(which would lead to grouping issues, and hence is an error to attempt)".
But then you specifically go on to say that multiple BUs are fine, which
seems to mean that it's not an error to attempt. I think that sort of got
copied from the description for zei, and then not updated as the actual cases
got resolved later on.
