It depends how you interpret "I'm tired of ".
Does ":-)" there refer to itself, or is it used as
a symbol? If I had quoted the happy-face, then I
agree it would need zo. In any case, it is not standard
English, but using {cisma bu} as a pronoun is not
common in Lojban either.

{sei me cisma bu} maybe. {sei} takes a selbri.
